The product is delivered to our customers from the refinery and the various depots.
We have a fleet of over 125 tanker lorries available for deliveries. All our tanker lorries are equipped with the latest measurement and supply apparatus so as to make the delivery in a safe and correct manner.
All the drivers have the required professional qualifications and driving experience. These skills are constantly maintained with training courses. The drivers are in direct contact with our customers and provide useful feedback: questions about the tank, accessibility, delivery circumstances... On the basis of this feedback and after further consultation with the customer, our commercial team submits a proposal on an improvement to the general delivery circumstances.
Our commercial team then endeavours to gather all the information required by telephone so as to permit problem-free deliveries.
